Ahmed M. Fattouh
Ahmed Fattouh is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of InterPrivate. Ahmed previously founded Landmark Value Investments, an asset management firm whose products included hedge fund and private equity vehicles, tail risk management and real assets. Ahmed served as Portfolio Manager of Landmark Value Strategies, Landmark Activist Strategies, Landmark Credit Strategies, Globalist Values Strategies, and the Landmark Protection Fund. Ahmed is a former member of the private equity group at Investcorp and the M&A department of Morgan Stanley & Co in New York. He has executed transactions involving industry leading companies including RJR Nabisco, Mobil Corporation, Ampolex, IBM, Elf Atochem, Tivoli Systems, Eagle Industries, Amerace, Washington Energy, Puget Power, Synergy Gas, KKR, Saks Fifth Avenue, Werner Ladder, Falcon Building Products, LVMH, Bliss, Eastern Software and Fidelity National. Ahmed graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
Brandon C. Bentley
Brandon Bentley is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of InterPrivate. Brandon is the former General Counsel, COO and CCO of Landmark Value Investments, where he also served as General Counsel of the firm’s registered broker-dealer affiliate. Prior to InterPrivate, Brandon served as the General Counsel and COO of Castellan Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm based in New York, and worked for e.ventures Europe in a senior finance and operations capacity. Brandon previously worked as an attorney at White & Case LLP in New York, where he focused on securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University and earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law, where he was a Note Editor of the Boston University Law Review.
Jeffrey Harris is a member of the investment committee of InterPrivate and the Founder and Chairman of Global Reserve Group. Jeff spent 29 years at Warburg Pincus where he led the firm’s energy investment activities, and previously ran its venture capital business. Jeff is an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School, serves on the investment committee of the New York Hospital endowment, and is the past chairman of the National Venture Capital Association. Jeff is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Pietro Cinquegrana is a member of the investment committee of InterPrivate. Pietro is also Managing Director at CDIB Holdings, and previously served as Managing Director at each of Aleph Capital, Fosun, and Apollo Global Management. He also held senior direct investment roles at Hudson Hill Capital, Vitol, Ospraie and Morgan Stanley (Princes Gate). Pietro began his career at Goldman Sachs and the Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.Sc in Economics from Oxford University and a B.Sc. in Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Christopher Heintz is a member of the investment committee of InterPrivate and is also a co-founder and Managing Partner of Perennial Advisors, a private wealth management firm. Prior to founding Perennial, he was the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Perennial Investors, a long-biased equity hedge fund. Chris began his career at Morgan Stanley as a generalist in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring department and subsequently worked in the fixed income department of Goldman Sachs and as a research analyst with Atticus Capital. Chris is a graduate of Brown University and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Neil Morganbesser is the CEO of InterPrivate’s broker-dealer affiliate. Neil has 25 years of experience providing financial and strategic advice to a full range of clients, including entrepreneurs, large corporations, governments, family businesses, private equity funds, and special committees of public companies. Until May 2008, Neil was the head of West Coast and Asian Mergers & Acquisitions at Bear Stearns & Co., as a Senior Managing Director based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Bear Stearns in May 2001, Neil was an investment banker in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring Department at Morgan Stanley. Previously, Neil was a corporate and M&A attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Neil is a graduate of Harvard University and Stanford Law School.
Minesh K. Patel
Minesh Patel is a Principal at InterPrivate where he focuses on investment analysis and deal execution. Prior to joining InterPrivate, he was a Principal of Fiduciary Network, a private equity firm specializing in providing capital to wealth management firms, and a member of the Treasury & Securities Services division at JPMorgan Chase. Minesh earned his BBA and MS from the University of Texas at Dallas and has been a CFA charterholder since 2012.
Charlotte Luer is the Director of Marketing of InterPrivate where she focuses on client relations and managing family office outreach. She also leads the Naples Family Office Association and works with Family Office Networks. Charlotte has 25+ years of experience in financial marketing, branding strategy and consulting. Previously, Charlotte was Senior Vice President of Public Communications Inc., one of the largest independent marketing agencies in the United States. She earned a B.S. in Journalism and an M.A. in Communications, both with Honors, at the University of Florida. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, the New York Junior League, The League Club of Naples and Greater Naples Leadership.
